Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Forge website and services. By using the site or booking a Harvest, you agree to them.

What Forge provides

Forge builds custom AI agents for Australian businesses. This includes a free "Harvest" (a scan of your public website with a recommended crew and a ballpark), optional paid audits, and — if you go ahead — building and running the agents for your business.

Quotes and pricing

Any build prices, bands or ballparks shown on the site or in a scan are estimates, not fixed quotes. The real price depends on your business and is confirmed with you before any work begins. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

The prices for the paid steps — the Scout, the Financial Audit and the Full Audit — are the exception: those are fixed, and the price shown when you buy is the price you pay.

Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no GST is shown on your receipt.

Founding Ten: the first ten customers get launch pricing, which is shown on the pricing page while it lasts. A place is held when you go to pay, not when you look at the page — once the ten are taken, standard pricing applies and the site shows it.

What you get, and when

• As soon as your payment clears: an email with your activation code and either your download link (Scout) or your upload link (the audits).
• Forge Scout: you run it on your own computer. It reads only the folders you pick, changes nothing, and writes your report to your machine. A redacted summary — the kinds of work we spotted and the crew we'd build, never your files, filenames or customers — comes back to us so we can prepare our side and go through it with you.
• The audits: you send us your figures through the upload link. We run our analysis engines over them and come back to you with what we found.
• Then we talk it through with you and, if you want to go further, we quote the build separately. There is no obligation to.

We don't put a deadline on our side in these terms, because a real one depends on how quickly the pieces we need arrive. If something is going to take a while, we'll tell you.

Cancelling and refunds

Australian Consumer Law rights come first and none of this reduces them. If a service has a major problem — it isn't what we described, or it can't do what we said it would — you're entitled to a refund or to have it put right, and we'll sort that out with you.

On top of that, plainly:

• Changed your mind before we've started? Email us and we'll refund you in full. "Started" means we've run your scan or your figures.
• Forge Scout won't run on your computer, or we can't produce your report? Full refund, no argument. Try it first — that's what it's for.
• Once the work is done — the engines have run and your report is written — the service has been delivered, so we don't refund simply because you didn't like what it found. If you think we got something wrong, tell us and we'll look at it again with you.
• We can cancel too. If we can't do a proper job for your business, we'll say so and refund you rather than take the money.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and we'll get them moving within five business days of agreeing to one.

Founding Ten Scouts cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund — but everything else above still applies.

The free Harvest

The Harvest looks only at publicly available information and requires no access to your systems. It's provided as a helpful starting point with no guarantee of any particular outcome or saving.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information so we can help you properly.
• You own your business data. You're responsible for having the right to share what you share with us.

About the AI agents

Our agents assist with work — they're not infallible, and nothing goes live until you've reviewed and signed off. Their output is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions in your business.

Intellectual property

Forge keeps ownership of its platform, agents and underlying technology. Your business data and the content you provide remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forge isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
